Cosmetic Tattoo

Ombrè Brow Tattoo

Ombré Brows, also called powder brows or shaded brows, is a semi-permanent makeup procedure performed using a machine. This technique achieves desired fullness and design by creating a misty, powder-filled brow, similar to makeup or a fresh eyebrow tint. Unlike microblading, ombré brows can last 1-3 years without additional procedures.

All brows that have been tattooed previously require approval prior to making a booking. This service does not include touch up, you will need to book touch up separately and within 6-8 weeks after initial treatment.

Combination Brow Tattoo

Our combination semi-permanent tattooing blends microblading and machine shading for a powdered, defined look. Sparse or uneven eyebrows are transformed into symmetrical ones with natural-looking strokes.

Results are instant and can last over 2 years with a touch-up 6-8 weeks post-treatment. Note that microblading isn't suitable for all skin types and ages. If you've had previous brow tattoos or are not open to other techniques, please cancel and consider a consultation. Touch-ups must be scheduled separately.

Microblading Brow Tattoo

Microblading is a manual cosmetic tattooing method that creates realistic-looking eyebrows using a blade to implant pigment. Each stroke is carefully crafted to achieve the desired fullness, shape, and colour depth. Results can last up to 1+ years after touch-up. Treatment includes consultation and style of tattoo can be changed on the day if you and your artist see fit.

Not Suitable For: Oily/combination skin types, large pores, or mature clients, machine work (combination or ombre) may be necessary instead of microblading. Microblading is not suitable for all skin types and ages, and suitability is determined by the artist.

If you are not open to other techniques besides microblading, or have had your brows tattooed previously, please cancel the service and consider booking a consultation for further discussion. Touch-ups are not included in this service and must be booked separately within 6-8 weeks after the initial treatment.

Lip Tattoo

Lip blushing is a form of semi-permanent makeup. Essentially, it is a cosmetic tattoo of the lips that enhances the beauty of the natural lip colour, improving the shape of the lips, giving definition and the illusion of fullness.

How long does lip blushing last? Approximately 2-5 years. Six weeks after your initial lip blush appointment, you will need a touch up to fill in any light or uneven spots. After touch up, the lip blush tattoo will last from approximately 2-5 years. Everyone's skin is different, so the staying time will vary from client to client.

Aftercare

The first 48 hours

Gently blot the area with a damp tissue or cotton pad to absorb excess lymph fluid. Do this every 2-3 hours for the full day until the oozing has stopped. Removing this fluid prevents hardening of the lymph, hence reducing scabbing and flaking.

Days 3-7: Hydrate

After 48 hours from your procedure, begin hydrating your brows with the balm given to you (DO NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE). Ensure you use a damp cotton pad before applying your balm to cleanse the area gently. Use a cotton tip to lightly dab half a pea size of balm onto the tattooed area. Avoid using your fingers.

The balm should be applied once every morning and once every night for 5 days. Continue longer if flaking persists. Your brows will take 7-10 days to heal once the peeling has finished fully. The colour under the brows will, at this point, appear much lighter than the skin peeling off.

It is normal to look patchy, some areas dark and others light. It will be 4 weeks before the true colour appears; for some clients, it heals quicker; for others, it may be light, ashy, or even patchy in some areas. Please be patient with the process.

Days 1-7: Avoid

  • DO NOT participate in sports involving increased sweating, swimming etc
  • DO NOT go into high exposure sun during the healing process
  • DO NOT let any water come in contact with the tattoo
  • DO NOT use any makeup, creams or exfoliants on the tattoo for 2 weeks
  • DO NOT go into saunas or pools
  • DO NOT get any massages, facials, or skin treatments during the healing process
  • DO NOT use any cosmetics with retinol acids, salicylic or AHA's for 30 days
  • DO NOT use any laser light therapy; this can lighten/darken/distort the pigment
  • DO NOT scratch, pick, touch or move your brows until they have healed.
  • DO NOT drive in open-air vehicles such as convertibles/ boats/ bicycles/ motorcycle

Skin Lesions - Lamprobe

About

Our advanced Lamprobe device combines radio and high frequency technologies to target lesion fluids, drying them out without damaging surrounding skin. This device uniquely uses a vaporisation technique with no burning or unpleasant smell.

Conventional RF machines use direct current to heat and burn lesions, often requiring numbing and causing pain, along with the risk of pigmentation changes and scarring by penetrating the dermis.

In contrast, our system treats only the epidermal layers, avoiding scarring and allowing natural skin renewal. The high frequency feature also helps block pain signals, making the treatment quick and minimally uncomfortable, typically lasting just a few minutes per lesion.
Treatment Plan: Wait 6 weeks before rebooking the same lesion to be removed

C02 Fractional Laser

About

CO2 laser treatment is ideal for addressing extensive sun damage, pronounced wrinkles, acne scarring, skin injuries, and surgical scars. This specialised form of CO2 laser is particularly effective for skin lifting needs as well.

Utilised for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, CO2 laser therapy stimulates the generation of new collagen, thereby enhancing skin elasticity and yielding a smoother, firmer, and more youthful complexion. This treatment has 3-5 days downtime. New clients cannot book this treatment. You must have a prior consultation and skin preparation to receive treatment.

Indications: Renowned for its unparalleled efficacy in treating fine lines, sun damage, wrinkles, uneven texture, scar revision, and age-related skin concerns, CO2 laser therapy stands as a cornerstone in the aesthetics industry.

Pre-Treatment: Clients with darker skin tones (more prone to hyper-pigmenting) should be prepped with recommended products in clinic for a minimum of 2-4 weeks. This step enhances results, ensuring a more even and safe outcome.

Aftercare

  • You will have light gridded skin for 1-week post procedure that will peel away.
  • Keep out of the sun for 2 weeks post procedure. Don't peel the skin manually let it peel naturally. Reapply SPF twice a day for 2 weeks post procedure.
  • For 1-2 weeks post procedure your skin will experience symptoms of sunburn (redness) and peeling.
  • Don’t wax anything where the treatment is performed including eyebrows for 2-3 weeks post procedure, if you wax it will tear the skin.
  • SPF must be applied indoors, on cloudy days, and every 2 hours during peak UV times to protect against UV radiation.
  • Do not peel the skin manually, as it can lead to pigmentation.

After Your Procedure

  • Don’t Forget to change your pillowcase when you sleep after a skin procedure.
  • Do not continually touch your skin unless you are performing your aftercare routine.
  • Do not sweat or go swimming until 3-7 days have passed from time of completed peeling.
  • You can still wear makeup post procedure during scabbing as the top layer of skin is inactive and forms a barrier between pollutants.
  • If you have work/uni that requires some outdoor activities you must wear a brimmed hat, sunnies and slather your SPF on and actively persist to avoid the sun. Even if you are indoors you still must wear SPF as light rays bounce off surfaces. If you can visibly see in front of you— there is presence of UV light that will damage your skin.

Aftercare for this type of procedure with downtime must be purchased from Beauface Clinic. Treatment includes aftercare kit to last you for about 1 week. It is recommended you continue using these products to maintain results. Co2 treatments accelerate skin cell turn over, meaning the skin starts regenerating new cells more quickly than it usually does. This rapid turnover can cause the skin to ‘purge’ impurities trapped in the pores, leading to breakouts for some.

The skin becomes more sensitive than usual. This sensitivity may increase your skin’s vulnerability to irritants, which can include skincare products you were previously accustomed to without issues. Such irritation can manifest as a breakout. Post treatment after care is crucial to the healing process. This includes keeping the skin clean, moisturised, and protected from sun exposure. Failure to follow proper after constructions can lead to complications, including breakouts.

Aftercare can look like this: Cleanser ($82), Serum ($129-150) and Moisturiser ($102) and SPF ($60-$100). These products will be your new regular skincare routine.

These products have no fragrance, are vegan, and cruelty free. It is imperative only Beauface recommended Cosmeceuticals is used post procedure to achieve an effective treatment. Use of other skincare may result in worse condition due to unknown formulation contraindications.

Individual results vary based on skin tolerance, lifestyle, and genetics. While we consistently strive to deliver outstanding results, the final outcome is greatly influenced by the client's lifestyle habits, genetic factors, and adherence to a regular skincare routine.

Herbal Peel

Our Herbal Peels are a medically developed skin resurfacing treatment based on a compound of natural dried, crushed herbs. The herbs contained in the Herbal Aktiv Peel® have been carefully selected following extensive research, and long-term trials. Perfected over the years, it has been tested and proven safe in many clinical trials with no side effects. With a 50-year history of high levels of safety treating a wide range of skin conditions worldwide, it has become one of the best methods available on the market to achieve excellent results in skin rejuvenation and regeneration, naturally.

The Herbal Aktiv Peel differs from skin treatments that are based on synthetic acids, as those acid treatments rely on a degree of injury to the skin to stimulate regeneration of the area treated. The Herbal Aktiv Peel does not damage or injure the skin. This peel is revolutionary as it restores the skins cells, rather than stripping the skin back with lasers and acids (think micro and chemical peels).

The herbs contained in the Herbal Aktiv Peel are known for their healing, regenerating and soothing properties. Each herb consists of a multitude of natural active phytochemical constituents including proteins (enzymes), vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fats and carbohydrates, and secondary metabolites.
